This 2008 See Ya SY40LS is a Luxury Coach that has been designed for full time living & is equipped with everything one would need for being off-grid for a long time.
The generator only has about 433 hours running time so far & the entire roof has been sealed with a thick one-piece composite layer in 2022.
There are only a handful of these 2008 Alfa See Ya’s on the market currently. They have not been built since 2008.
Alfa See Ya’s were built with thick walls & floors for extra insulation & thermal efficiency as well as excellent soundproofing. This & the excellent air suspension ensures a very smooth and quiet ride. The drivers seat is also a massage chair for even more comfort.
High ceilings & many large windows as well as a big 6’2” high & 39” deep slide area creates a huge spacial experience you rarely find in other comparable Class A coaches. Other design features are above average storage space in both the main coach area as well as in the basement storage compartments. One of them can be pulled out on both sides across the entire coach.
The main living area contains the original leather pull out sofa bed that sleeps 2 people comfortably & a large desk area that serves as an office section. The dining room area seats 4 people & can also be converted into added sleeping space for additional guests. Both front chairs swivel to extend the living area even further.
The kitchen features a convection microwave as well as portable induction stovetop & portable electrical stovetop units. The refrigerator-freezer is a large full-sized unit directly across from a very spacious pantry.
The master bedroom with a king size bed and lots of storage can be accessed via either the bathroom hallway or the wardrobe hallway. It has a TV and a separate washer & dryer behind closet doors.
The wardrobe section is huge with many large mirror doors & can be closed off.
The bathroom area can be closed off on both ends for privacy & features a large walk-in shower as well as a uniquely designed sink & vanity area.
The entire coach has original woodwork & a central vac system.
This RV comes with fairly new Michelin Tires, 4 white wheel covers and a set of 1 year new batteries.
The large unobstructed awning area also has a big TV & barbecue setup in one of the basement storage compartments to easily turn the outdoor area into additional living space.
This 40’ coach has been inspected professionally (report available) & is in excellent condition. The inside furniture has little to no signs of wear.
